Terms of Service

The rules of play for academies, coaches and parents using the platform, written to be read on the sideline.

01Agreement

These terms apply when an academy signs up for and uses the platform, and when its coaches, staff and parents use it on the academy’s behalf. By creating an account, the academy accepts these terms.

02Accounts and roles

  • The person who signs up confirms they are authorised to act for the academy.
  • The academy controls who is invited and what each role can see.
  • Login details must be kept private. The academy is responsible for activity under its accounts.
  • Tell us straight away if you believe an account has been misused.

03Free trial

New academies get a 30 day free trial of the Club plan for up to 100 players. No card is needed. At the end of the trial, the academy can choose a paid plan. If it does not, the account becomes read-only for 30 days so data can be exported, and is then closed.

04Plans and billing

  • Plans are priced per active player per month. An active player is one who is in at least one batch during the billing month.
  • Monthly plans are billed each month. Yearly plans are billed in advance for the year.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where they apply.
  • If a payment fails, we will remind the academy. Accounts unpaid for 30 days may be limited to read-only access.

05Fees collected from parents

Fees paid by parents through UPI links or cards go to the academy through the payment gateway the academy connects. We do not hold these funds and are not a party to the arrangement between the academy and its families. Refunds of academy fees to parents are decided by the academy.

  • The academy confirms it has the permission of parents or guardians to add each child’s details.
  • Photos and videos of children may be shared only after a parent gives consent in the app.
  • The academy must not use the platform to contact children in ways their parents have not agreed to.

07AI suggestions

AI Player Progress offers suggestions based on recorded tests. Suggestions are guidance for coaches and are not decisions. Selection, promotion and removal of players remain the responsibility of the academy and its coaches.

08Acceptable use

The platform must not be used to:

  • Upload data you have no right to share.
  • Send unwanted bulk messages or messages unrelated to the academy.
  • Try to access another academy’s data or test the platform’s security without written permission.
  • Copy, resell or rebuild the platform.

09Your data

The academy owns the data it adds. We use it only to provide the service as set out in the Privacy Policy. The academy can export its players, attendance, fees and test records at any time.

10Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available around the clock and schedule maintenance outside common training hours where we can. We may improve or change features. If a change removes a feature an academy is paying for, we will give notice first.

11Ending the service

An academy can cancel at any time from its settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts children or other users at risk. After closure, data is kept for 90 days for export and then deleted, except records we must keep by law.

12Liability

The platform is provided to help academies run their operations. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any year is limited to the amount the academy paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost fees or lost enrolments.
