Every batch on the right ground at the right time.
Build your weekly plan by sport, age group, level, ground and time. Usportiva holds capacity, fills waitlists in order and warns you before a coach or a court is booked twice.
Batch Planner
Saturday plan
14 batches · 4 grounds · 3 sports
From a blank week to a full ground
- Add your grounds
Pitches, nets, courts, pool lanes and halls, each with the hours they are open.
- Set up batches
Sport, age band, level, coach, days, time and the number of places.
- Place players
Drag players in from the enquiry list or import them. Extra players join the waitlist.
- Publish the week
Coaches see their batches, parents see the schedule in the Parent App.
Built for the way academies actually run
Levels inside age groups
Run U-12 beginner, U-12 intermediate and U-12 advanced side by side with different coaches and grounds.
Waitlists that fill themselves
When a place opens, the next player on the waitlist is offered it and the parent is told.
Ground and lane capacity
Set how many players a court, net or pool lane can hold so batches never overcrowd.
Move players between batches
Promote a player to a higher level and the fee plan, coach and schedule follow.
Holidays and rain days
Cancel a day for one ground or the whole academy and every parent hears about it.
Coach to player ratio
Set a ratio per sport, such as 1 to 8 for swimming, and see when a batch needs an assistant.
One plan for football, swimming and badminton
Most academies grow sport by sport, and the spreadsheet grows with them. Batch Planner keeps every sport on one timetable, so the 6 am pool batch and the 6 am football batch never pull the same assistant coach.
Batch Planner
Trial class to regular batch in two taps
A parent enquires about weekend cricket. Book a trial session in the right age batch, record the coach’s notes, then convert the trial to a regular place with a fee plan attached.

Batch Planner questions
Straight answers for academy directors, head coaches and the people who keep the accounts.
Ask the teamCan one player be in two batches?
Yes. A child can be in U-12 football on weekdays and beginner swimming on Saturday. Fees, attendance and progress are kept separately for each.
Can I copy last term’s plan?
Yes. Copy a term, adjust the dates and coaches, and players who are continuing stay in their batches.
Do coaches see the whole plan?
Coaches see the batches assigned to them. Directors and admins see every batch at every centre.
What happens when a batch is full?
New players join the waitlist in order. When a place opens, the next family gets an offer they can accept in the Parent App.
Step up to the podium.
